Saint Paul’s Craft Show 2022

Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church is organizing this event as a fundraiser for our preschool. The goal this year is to update our playgrounds. This event is organized and run by our preschool staff and volunteers. Your booth fee is a donation to Saint Paul’s Awesome Adventure Preschool and Kids Day Out and is greatly appreciated. In addition, we are asking for a donation of a door prize with a $20 value for our event. Your sales during the event are entirely yours!
To secure your booth space at this event an application must be completed and payment made by October 24th. Paper applications are available at our preschool or online at: Craft Show Registration. You will receive a confirmation email stating acceptance. If for any reason we can not accept you as a vendor, all payments would be returned.
There are a few options for booth sizes and accommodations. Electricity is limited and will be an additional fee if needed. This will be permitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make sure to mark all applicable boxes on the application so we can best meet your needs on the day of the event. Two chairs will be provided for each space. You can bring your own chairs if more are needed, or rent more from us.
Set up for the event will be Friday evening, the night before the event, from 4-8 pm. Please DO NOT arrive before 4:00 as there will be no one available to let you in the building. Set up on the morning of the event will begin at 7:00 am. Again, please DO NOT arrive earlier.
A vendor license is required by the City of Joplin and must be posted in your booth space during the event. These cost $5.00 and can be obtained through the City Hall Finance Department. A copy of your license must be on file with us prior to your set up.
